About Us
UASC Agro-allied Ltd is an Abuja-based agribusiness company that work directly with farmers and other value-chain actors as part of its support for the growth of agricultural enterprises value chain through the provision of MR AMILK (Market, Recovery, Aggregation, Monitoring, Inputs supply, Loans and Knowledge) services. Our company is registered and incorporated in Nigeria by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) on 6th June 2023 with registration number RC 7005274.
We have aggregated a good number of agricultural value chain actors to build a network of over 5,000 actors out of which smallholder farmers constitute over 65% of these actors in our network. Our company delivers the following agro-based agro-services as strategic approach to meeting the needs of Nigeria’s agribusiness economy.

Market: We ensure that offtake is never a challenge for farmers within our network. We provide guaranteed market at fair prices for our farmers. We off-take grains (rice paddy, maize, sesame, ginger, etc), palm oil, and animal produce such as eggs, broiler meat, etc.

Recovery: Our company is responsible for the recovery of any loans and credit we have facilitated for farmers and other value chain actors within our network.

Mr. Lawal holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Nigeria. He has worked as a marketer in Guaranty Trust Bank (GTB) for six (6) years before joining UASC Agro allied Ltd. He has attended and holds several professional training certifications.
