AGRICS Ltd has the material resources and personnel expertise to identify and deliver the development solutions to these organizations in the areas of development finance products and modelling, agrextension, agrindustry development research, projects and programmes of the State and Federal government, NGOs, etc.
In Nigeria, the government at both Federal and State levels constitute the single biggest driver of agricultural development through their several intervention policies, projects and programmes. Several government ministries, agencies and departments (MDAs) saddled with the responsibility of implementation. At AGRICS Ltd, we work with these MDAs to ensure proper designing, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of government agricultural development policies, projects and programmes.
There are several national and international development institutions (DIs) such as USAID, DFID, CIDA, JICA, GIZ, etc who are actively involved in driving development policies, projects and programmes especially in developing countries such as Nigeria. Every year, these DIs design their own development agenda which are often implemented through several consultancy companies. At AGRICS, we provide consultancy services required to implementing the development agenda of these DIs.
NGOs such as Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Oxfam, One Acre, etc play critical roles in driving agricultural development especially in developing countries. Most NGOs are basically special purpose vehicles (SPVs) through which most international development institutions implement their development agendas. At AGRICS Ltd, we work with NGOs to implement agricultural development projects and programmes as required by the development institutions they work for.

Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs)
There are several local and international non-governmental organizations (NGOs) such as Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Oxfam, One Acre Foundation, etc that are playing vital roles in the socio-economic development of Nigeria through their poverty alleviation projects and programmes that impact positively on the livelihoods of the less-privileged members of the society.
At AGRICS Ltd, we work with these NGOs whose interests in agricultural and rural development have always targeted at smallholder farmers, low-income and economically vulnerable segment of the society.

At AGRICS, we design and operationalize Agribusiness Financing (AgriFin) models & frameworks for government MDAs, development institutions & NGOs. Our AgriFin models cover the entire agricultural value chain, customized to meet the terms of reference of the implementing institution, while achieving at least 95% repayment.
In Nigeria, smallholder farmers (SHFs) account for over 80% of farm outputs. Providing technical assistance to these farmers could be a daunting task. We work with development institutions to: aggregate, coordinate and manage the farmers; value chain and logistic management; and extension services.
